Shipping and Delivery
The shipping cost is included in the product price.
Processing Time

Order processing and knitting take 1–3 business days.

Each customer will receive a notification with a more precise shipping date.
Delivery
We partner with different courier services depending on the region:

International shipping – Posta Moldovei.

Domestic shipping within Moldova – Nova Poshta.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Within Moldova – 1–3 days.

International shipping – 7–14 days (depending on the destination country and possible customs delays).

Delivery time may be affected by external factors beyond LA TYANA’s control.
If a delay occurs due to our fault, we will do our best to inform you of the updated delivery date.
Customs Duties and Possible Delays

For international orders, customs duties may apply, which must be paid by the buyer.

Customs inspections may extend the delivery time.
Order Processing Hours

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EET, Eastern European Time).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting Monday.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can check the status of your order 1–2 hours after receiving the email.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
